TASK We now propose that you share your ICT development plan (which is still an incomplete draft at this stage) with your colleagues in a peer-review activity. This is an optional activity, but if you decide to take part in it, you will review the work of 2 of your colleagues, while your own plan will in turn be reviewed by 2 of your colleagues. The purpose of the review is not to assess your work, but to provide a formal opportunity for a peer to consider your plans and provide ideas, resources, feedback and questions – all of which could help you move your own thinking forward and submit an improved and complete development plan at the end of the course. AND THIS IS MY JOB. I WILL PUBLISH WHEN OTHER COLLEAGES CHECK IT.
